Two years ago I discovered #sketchbookskool and #dannygregory and his relaxed way of explaining #howtodraw "without talent" ( it's one of his classes). So I took it. The #paint is still wet on this #watercolour #creation that I painted this afternoon. I've been listening to the #audible #audiobook from @elizabeth_gilbert_writer called #thesignatureofallthings and although this #colour #palette isn't my favourite it does look lovely together. It will look lovely framed and ready to purchase at the #wollongongmakersmarket in a couple of weeks. #localartist #artistsoninstagram #relaxing #justdonyale

This#handwoven #cowl by #loomandarty will be ready for a new home. Whilst I've used #red #orange #yellow and a subtle hit of #pink the majority of this is #black . I found an old sketch of about two years ago.... When I first decided that rather than saying " I've never been good at drawing" I decided to give it a crack. I discovered #sketchbookskool and was inspired by #dannygregory and his easy way of explaining #howtodraw I've been distracted and have decided after the #wollongongmakersmarket in May that I'm going to find a new focus.
